CABBAGE (Brassica oleracea var. capitata) or locally known as round| cabbage in Malaysia is one of the most popular vegetable in the world that many health benefits. Most cabbage in Malaysia are grown in highland area such as in Cameroon Highland, Pahang and highland at Sandakan, Sabah for about  1,650 hectare annually. The smooth green cabbages may have a round, flattened or conical heads, and can be green, blue-green or yellow-green. Head size can range from one pound in some dwarf varieties to more than 60 pound (27 kg) for some of the Kraut cabbages.
