PROGRAM BUMI HIJAU

Program Bumi Hijau (Green Book Program) are a program to encourage people to grow their own vegetables around their homes. The vegetables such as Bayam, Sawi, Brinjal, Chili, Herbs and many others are planted in the pot or small area with minimum management and maintenance. Below are some successful project implemented in many states:-

In Pulau Pinang - with serai (lemon grass, chili, Ulaman and leafy vegetables)


In Tanjong Karang  , Selangor - active participants with more than 7 crops. 


In Melaka with using pots and vase to grow cucumber, chili and ginger.


In Ipoh Perak with a mixed between edible landscape and ornamental tree.


 In Kuantan, Pahang  with consistence matrix production of selected vegetables.


In Kota Bharu Kelantan - a mixed with banana and vegetables.
