ULAM

ULAM or SALAD is a popular fresh leaves/shoots or other parts of plant eaten raw. In Malaysia there are many Ulam like Selom, Ulam Raja, Daun Tenggek Burung, Terung Pipit, Daun Pucuk Gajus, Timun Kerdil, Cekur and many others. Other important traditional crops grown are Herbs suach as Kesom, Pegaga and others. Below are some selected Ulam and Herbs for your health. Most ulam in Malaysia are Organic due to no application of chemicals.
